Financing - Loan Originators
StrongTower Capital is interested in professionals that have a longstanding track record of excellence in originating, underwriting, and closing commercial loans for investment firms, developers, and owner user entities. They must have the ability to source commercial loans in their local markets on a direct basis with clients. Candidates should possess experience in underwriting multi-family and commercial loans and knowledge of lenders and their loan programs, including local, regional, national and Fannie Mae lenders.
Administrative Positions
StrongTower Capital is interested in hearing from candidates with the appropriate skill set and excellent organizational and communications skills.
Research and Analyst Positions
StrongTower Capital is interested in hearing from individual’s that have 5-9 years experience in market and asset analysis. Responsibilities include creating and analyzing equity models, market summaries, underwriting analysis, and research activities.
